Game Crashing Suddenly

Hope someone can help. I've played over 400 hours of Anno 1800 with no mods. DLC Harvest, Docklands, Land of Lions and Seat of Power. Over the last two days the game crashes unexpectedly about every 30 minutes or so. Any ideas please?

You can make a cheack-up of the files directly on the U-play or /and by Steam , I think, cos my game was not on Steam..

Hi - thank you for your answer. I verified the integrity of the files on the Steam and all good. Is that what you mean? I made a few tweaks today after googling, and it ran for about four hours then crashed just as I saved and exited. I left a post on the specific Steam forum for help, but no reply as yet, so will perhaps go to Ubisoft if it continues. Thanks again.

I suspect this was probably due to multiple issues we had with ubisoft services, particularly as you mentioned it was crashing as you saved and exited it might have been having trouble syncing with our servers. If you continue to experience persistent crashes though please let us know.

Hi support - thank you for replying. Yes, continue to have issues, not so many crashes but still occasional. Today I have "Unable to Start the Game. This product cannot be activated now please try again later." Have completed all the suggestions in the technical support on Ubisoft with no effect. Raised a support ticket today. Fingers crossed I get assistance soon.
