As of writing, we haven't had any other reports regarding issues with the horse and carriages in-game.
May we please know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?
And have you attempted any troubleshooting steps since encountering this, such as updating your GPU drivers or verifying the game's files[ubi.li]?

Perhaps is not a visual bug... could also be some kind of the first version of electric coaches. ;)

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080, CPU: Intel Core i5-12400, 32GB RAM (3200Mhz), Win11,
LG 144hz WQHD Monitor connected via DisplayPort....
I just got these issue with the latest update. I cannot tell if it's really due to the update because between the two latest updates I also changed from an GTX 1080Ti to the RTX3080...
I also tried to switch between DX11 and DX12 but this didn't change anything.
Specs: GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, 32GB RAM, Win11.

Hi,
in my case, no mods at all are used. No difference between DX11 or DX12. I do play with all major DLC. It seems that most of the time the horses run away when quickly moving the camera across an island when zoomed in or jumping through the minimap to a different island. Same when switching sessions.
I don't have a video but it is the same glitch mentioned in these two forum posts here:

I have an rtx 3070 mobile drivers are up to date plus a Ryzen 7 5800HS and 16GB RAM
I don't use mods and play with all dlc including the cosmetic ones.
