Eden Burning bugged?

Finishing it the first time around, got the legendary items and whatnot, but upon starting a new game to try and get the gold, it started without any of those items and I cannot seem to find a way to start a game and have them available.

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to carry over unlocked items from one save to another?

Yes, but it seems I have been able to work out that part, I assumed unlocking the items once meant they would be permanently unlocked, however it seems you needed to purchase the items a second time and store them in the warehouse without activating them in order for them to appear in subsequent playthroughs.

However another issue is that some of the structures that should not show up in a second playthrough are showing up, like the Barracks and Factory that should not be there, so I'm not sure what the problem is with that.
