Fine Steel Hull - damage from Cannons -15%

Just tried to check what this does. Had a frigate shoot at the target ship. It took the same amount of damage (140) as without the thing equipped.

I'm pretty sure a -15% effect should have been noticable, but it wasn't.

I think the "Damage from Cannons" refers to the harbor defense cannons. (At least that's how I've always understood it.)
Also because of the following: If you want items against ships, you'll need some that say "Damage from Ships".
