"complete edition" isn't complete
Just as a warning for future buyers - I just bought it and I'm still missing some of the DLCs, guess it's not really complete now isn't it?

Edit: the DLC missing, from what I noticed, are cosmetics, but still - the game shouldn't be called a complete bundle in this case.

I've got deluxe pack, season pass, year 2 3 and 4 passes and that's pretty much it, so content wise there all are the DLC's, but the edition is, still, named "complete" and it's missing all of the cosmetic DLC

did you not see this on the store page?

"Unlock the entire Anno 1800™ experience with the Complete Edition Year 4, which includes the following digital content:

Season 1 Pass with three DLCs: Sunken Treasures, Botanica, and The Passage.
Season 2 Pass with three DLCs: Seat of Power, Bright Harvest, and Land of Lions.
Season 3 Pass with three DLCs: Docklands, Tourist Season, and The High Life.
Season 4 Pass, which includes the next three DLCs: Seeds of Change, Empire of the Skies, and New World Rising.
The Deluxe Pack, including the Anarchist AI character, the soundtrack, a digital art book, and more."

like the author said. the cosmetics are not included. even if you buy Complete Edition Year 4 you do not get "Cosmetic pack bundle", amusements pack, holiday pack etc

Did the game work for you?
Didn't launch for a lot of us, I also got the complete edition (first time buying this game).
It only opens Uconnect and asks for CV key
let me know if you did something to fix it. Thanks!

Additional:
- additional costs/problems
- There will be an extra charge for any additional passengers.

More examples

The doctor has made an initial diagnosis, but there'll be an additional examination by a specialist.
They looked to the government for additional support.
An additional power switch for the radio is handily located next to the steering wheel.
An additional grant has enabled the team to push forward with research plans.
The education director is persevering in his attempt to obtain additional funding for the school.

Complete is the main game + the complete DLC game expansions, the cosmetic packs are "Additional"

If something is "complete" so lacking nothing; whole; entire; full: - it cannot have anything "additional" as, by definition, it is complete.

Ah ok thanks! I was already wondering what is included in the bundle as it wouldn't show me a list of the included items when I tried to click on the bundle, how it usually would be XD

Yup, that's pretty scummy as well.

The game experience is "complete" as all the game mechanics are available to you, anything else is an "OPTIONAL Addition" that doesn't change the play methods at all other than aesthetics.

I can see you're not gonna let go of this peeve so I'm gonna love you and leave you. I needn't say any more as I'm obviously talking to someone who has made their mind up and will not change it for love nor money. Good day Sir, may you have a fantastic holiday season and enjoy all the games you wan't at your discretion.

You too my friend, I mean - in the end, no matter if we agree or not, I bought the game and I'll be enjoying it anyway :P

Thanks for the heads up. Will wait with buying this till an updated complete edition includes all DLC's.

Was suspicious about it as normally complete packs allows you to see what is in them & this one didn't, generally a red flag that the DLC tends to miss things despite being named 'complete' or 'final' or similarly named.

so what is missing from The Complete Edition ? Is there any dlc or just the 'cosmetic bundle" ? I was planning to buy it with a friend and we are thinking it a lot.
Should we buy it from steam or uplay ?

Only the cosmetic stuff

- Holiday pack
- Amusements Pack
- City Lights Pack
- Vehicle Liveries Pack
- Pedestrian Zone Pack
- Vibrant Cities Pack

- Ornament Cosmetic Pack
- Seasonal Decorations Pack
- Industrial Zone Pack

The Cosmetic Pack Bundle includes:

- Holiday Pack
- Amusements Pack
- City Lights Pack
- Vehicles liveriesPack
- Pedestrian zone Pack
- Vibrant Cities Pack

So you can save a few bucks if you buy this Pack since it includes 6 of the 9 Cosmetic Packs, but i would wait on a sale to buy the cosmetic packs - if you really need them.

Hi, but the cosmetics packs worth it? Like new important things.
Thanks

So I just bought a 60€ "Complete Edition" and it's still missing 53,40€ of DLC? wtf Ubisoft???
https://i.imgur.com/2EIXtcT.png shows all the missing DLCs.

Restarted Steam and the game. Still not sure what DLCs I am missing.
Very confusing that ingame you see the stars on some of the Seasons like I am missing S1 stuff because it's not marked as "new" 😵
