Banking controls for mouse and keyboard do not work, game unplayable.

"A" and "D" have no effect under keyboard settings. The mouse has no effect on the game entirely. The other buttons appear to work.

What am I missing?

Hello! Have you switched banking type from Shooter to Arcade in options menu?

I only see the Shooter and Arcade banking type under the controller settings. Saw no effect when switching between them when trying to use mouse/keyboard.

Oh, you are totally right, we recently changed names for keyboard layout. My mistake.
Banking type should be called "keyboard only" now

Never set custom keybinds. The mouse doesn't work either when using the keyboard/mouse setting.

Maybe it's because i'm using multiple displays? The mouse pointer doesn't stay confined to the game window when the app is active.

Certainly a possibility, but trying to run the game on the other display should confirm/rule it out.

What's more likely is that you have some peripheral that keeps sending input to the game and forcing it into controller mode (thus not accepting the KB/M movement).

(I would personally like to have an option to disable this - so I can make use of mouse aiming with a gyro, but retain controller prompts)

I solved this issue... I had to disconnect Warthog throttles as all banking controls automatically got assigned to it and disabled any controller and mouse input.
