Problems in AC Liberation.
Greetings. I have some problems with AC Liberation.

1. When I enter the game I get a message that connection with Ubisoft servers has been lost.

2. When I try to exit the game, it crashes and I must exit with crtl-alt-supr.

Has anyone else had these drawbacks?

They know of some solution. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear that's occurring.

Are you able to play the base Remastered game without this occurring?

Do you have a screenshot of the exact error message it shows?

Thanks for answering.

The base game works without any problem.

The message that appears when the game is blocked when I want to close it is:

1." When I enter the game I get a message that connection with Ubisoft servers has been lost."
I faced this bug too.
2. In russian version there is no voice sounds. Only sounds of enviroement. And i`m not alone, who faced this too. It is a bug, pls, fix it.

Thanks for providing that information.

For the connection error, please try running through the steps in the guide here[support.ubi.com]
These are for the Uplay client, but the Port forwarding should help with this issue as it would be same Ports in use.

For the Crashing at the end, please make sure that you have verified the game files. This will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this through the steps in the guide here

For the Russian language issue, would you be able to provide us with some footage of that and screenshots showing the sound settings?

Thanks again for answering.

Actually the problem that worries me the most is the freezing when closing the game, I have checked the integrity of the files several times and it does not show any problem.

As for the servers, it is obvious that it is not a problem of ports on my part, as I also play Assasin's Creed Odyssey and I have no problem, neither in the base game of AC 3 remastered and in other Ubisoft games .

Hello, Dear Support. I have a few problems with russian version of Asassins's Creed Liberation.

1. "When I enter the game I get a message that connection with Ubisoft servers has been lost."
I have this problem too.
2. "In russian version there is no voice sounds. Only sounds of enviroement. And i`m not alone, who faced this too. It is a bug, pls, fix it."
I have this problem too.
3. When i try to select graphic settings, the game crashes.

I just purchased the season pass for Odyssey today and the AC3 remastered that came with it. I have no issues playing Odyssey or starting AC3 remastered, but as above, when starting Liberation it gives the error it cannot connect to Ubisoft servers (even though the Ubisoft Connect launcher starts properly, and I'm able to access Ubisoft Club in-game). So there's no blocking on my end, but something seems to not work properly in Liberation and I can't find any forum threads on how to resolve it?

Hi Fenris, thanks for letting us know this. Some of our older titles still come bundled with the older Uplay launcher by default.

Can you instead make sure to download the launcher from the website here and uninstall the other launcher as this may be a cause of the issue - https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/

Can you also try launching the game in offline mode for Liberation and see if you are able to play without issue or are you trying to access the online multiplayer?
