AC3 Remastered Extreme Stutter

intel i7 13th gen
nvidia 4070 ti

game runs like ♥♥♥♥. keep getting fps drops to like 40. was wondering if anybody had a fix for this. already tried the nvidia control panel extreme performance thing and a bunch of other stuff but nothing makes the game playable.

same thing for me, I have 16 Go de RAM, with I7, rtx 3050ti and finally lot of sluttering.
I tried all configuration, the game still unplayable. :(
Very bad optimisation on PC, I lost my money...

I'm suffering the same with 16gb ram, I7, and rtx2070. Looks like it only happens in 1920x1080 for me. Lowering the resolution helped.

i figured out that using certain controllers with the game makes the performance really bad. also had this issue with odyssey. AC 3 ran like ♥♥♥♥ when i was using my xbox 1 controller. Played the whole game on M+Kb
