And quite probably way more succint than I, because atm I'm a seriously displeased customer regarding Ubi$oft and even more specifically when regarding their latest developments upon the Assassin's Creed (AC's) saga / franchise.
Basically, you've bought a bundle with Assassin's Creed: Liberations - HD (AC: L-HD), which was already a remaster of its console version. Although in AC III - Remaster it also comes remastered and bundled together with original AC III's remaster.
Imho, don't bother with AC: L-HD because the remaster made it controlling the character a tad better... although from personal opinion, the AC: Liberations story and handling is probably the worst AC game quality wise speaking, from the entire saga swiftly followed in by AC: Oddyssey, AC: Unity (AC:U) almost in a virtual tie with AC: Syndicate (AC:S). And AC: Valhalla is mostly excusable when playing it from a feminine Eivor's character side, because even being better than crappier than thou AC: Oddyssey it doesn't display a serious turning point intention from Ubi$oft in continuously trying to milk their (fidelized to the AC franchise) dry with those continued rush released titles that on top of having a AAA game price tag they also have predatory in-game's monetization "pay to progress faster" practices.
From ever since the AC: Rogue, excusable only due to its exquistelly tweaked mechanics (on top of the AC IV: Black Flag basis), the ony game that had escaped the awful sub-par quality releases was AC: Origins (AC:O), although I still haven't even bothered looking for AC: Mirage at this point.
No. The progress is kept separate as it is two separate releases.
The stand alone release is from 2014. It was originally for Vita in 2012.
The remaster is included with AC3 remaster since 2019. There is no way to purchase the remaster separately unlike the previous release.
And no one also gives a flying fork about your years old thread necromancy either. Thy fartywell, oh utterly failed trol wanna be.
