Could you please ensure that you give the additional steps[support.ubisoft.com] in our guide a try, including verifying the game's files[ubi.li]?
And are you running the game at anything higher than 60fps / 60hz?

i've already verify files, downed all settings to minimum, change fullscreen\borderless, 144hz or 60hz but nothing changed.
The game is buttery smooth 60fps but, every 60 seconds or so there is a frame drop to 55fps that last 1-2 seconds, then it goes at 60 fps again.
Sadly, nothing that i've tried worked...
i was sitting in front of AC3R main menu and noticed that the stutter happens even there every TWO MINUTES.
I went to check in windows event viewer and every two minutes there is this note (i'm italian):
"Windows Installer: riconfigurazione del prodotto completata. Nome prodotto: Microsoft GameInput. Versione prodotto: 10.1.22621.1863. Lingua prodotto: 1033. Produttore: Microsoft Corporation. Riconfigurazione riuscita o stato di errore: 0."
I think it's this the issue but how i can resolve this?

I am new to this game. I just purchased it and this game asks for CD Key which is not in my email receipt. Could you tell me where can i find CD Key?

I would follow MASTAN's advice (thanks !). Since AC3 remastered comes with the Season Pass, you first need to launch the game in order to activate the additional content.
