Nvidia control panel :

Threaded optimization: enabled

open gl rendering gpu : select your gpu
and i have 1080ti.
Why
I have a 144 Hz monitor so I guess the game wanted to keep up and not lose a speed race XD
So your monitor gives more fps. i should consider 240hz monitor then
I assume the vsync wasn't enabled and since My graphic card can handle it, it tried to keep up with my monitor.
