Say guys, to any of you playing this game, Are you having Issues where you come onto the game and only the left and right button's work but the but you can press enter, and that also includes trying to click on the Language you want, I'm having that Issue here, How do you fix it?...

Is the Steam version censored or has it altered artwork anywhere? If so, is there any patch to remove censorship?
