how do you ubnlock the bikini costume?

I got it in Chapter 2 when doing the side quest for the red adventuress downstairs in the Inn. She wants you to get the Tantini (sp) from the Drow. Once you have it you can bring it directly to her or open it in your room. I opened it in my room and got the trinket/costume; I don't know what happens if you take it to her directly.
EDIT: It's lingerie (underwear) not a bikini but same coverage. :P

i initiated the quest but didn't progress, how do i get this tantini? from wich drow?

i don't have it on my log even tho i clearly remember her giving me a quest

Hmm... from memory she asks you to get the drow crown artifact so I went to the drow city in the southwest part of the main town. Once there you'll find a tent halfway across the first screen you can inspect (it belongs to a Drow named Satiri or something close to that?) and the quest Drow will chastise you for going through her stuff.

You can then lie to her or tell the truth. I told the truth and she gave me the item for free but told me to open the box privately. I did as she asked at my room in the Inn and got the item, effectively ending the quest and locking me out from giving it to the red adventuress.

to get the lingerie outfit first of all DON'T skip through the dialogue, any bad decision will fail the quest. If you make a bad decision immediately quit the game, your last progress won't be saved and you can try again.

#1 in Chapter 2 (after the first boss if i recall correctly) accept the quest from Charlotte (in the inn > 2nd door > and then left)

#2 go to Narae (foxier market > in the house at the end) and SPEAK THE TRUTH, tell her.

#3 go to the Naziri camp (located in the south west)

#4 go to the 2nd tent in the first area and interact with it. Sitara will catch you in the act, SPEAK THE TRUTH

#5 go to your room (NOT to Charlotte or Narae), when at the fire place you will automaticly open the item and get the outfit.

it wouldn't surprise me that ppl think it's bugged purely due to how abruptly it ends as soon as you make one bad decision.

So if i got locked out of this quest halfway, I need to delete my save game, and restart from beginning of the game? I might just uninstall the game all along if all the questing mechanic will be like this.

is she talking about her cat, about where he could be? if so then you might have made a bad decision with her without knowing.

the auto save isn't perfect. When you make a bad decision and you quit right away the last bit of progress won't be saved and you can try again. If you move around/do things after the bad decision and it saves then yea, no chance anymore.

she talked about her cat because she outright gave me a different quest when i talked to her (about finding her cat wich i have already completed) my guess is some quest overlapped here

By all mean, that kind of questing mechanic is really out of date by now. We PAID for the game, all the content should not be permanently locked out by any reason.

Dev, partially refund me please, because you just locked out 1 of the in-game content for me. Also partially refund all the player that has been locked out of their in-game content.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Are you serious? Since I decided to just quit the conversation, and then the martketplace (autosaved), then I'm doomed? I can't continue this quest? And I have to start the game all over again???? This can't be true. I am so pissed right now.

Well, sh... I didn't talk about Charlotte at the second step, BECAUSE SHE ASKED ME NOT TO TALK, and it turns out that this is blocking the quest? Stupidity.
