Ill at Ease
Hi, has anyone manage to finish the quest Ill at Ease yet? It's given to me during Chapter 4 The Overseer. If yes where did you manage to find the cure for wraith poisoning? I searched Residential and Entertainment district but I still seem to find it. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

Thank you for answering but I do not see any option for me to read any of the books at the library. There are only 3 things I can interact with in the library.

First is about commenting on the ancients book.
Second is about the old guy being a book worm.
Third is talking to the old guy himself.

Did I encounter a potential bug? Can the developers please reply? I just defeated the factory overseer and tried to finish the quest but couldn't.

Edit: And it seems I can't get downstairs at the fox market. The fox nears the stairs told me "They are having some problems". Could this be the reason why I am blocked out?

Hello Limcc92, thanks for your feedback. Let me ask a quick question - so, you got the quest, beat the Overseer, and then returned to Dalearch, correct?

If so, your quest isnt bugged. Time is up for this particular story. In the game, there are limited windows of time to clear quests and they can be missed. In this event, the guys died.

I think, you first have to determine that Shadow Humours are the cure by visiting the archives/library.

In my game, I gave the Oksae to Gerrard, so when I went to ask Maru Han for the Shadow Humours, he tried to charge me 1,000,000 hellion. I had to go back to the Ghost Bazaar (screen where Manduk boss fight is). I think Gerrard has it if you talk to him there.

You do get a costume for the trouble (Green Riding Hood).

Explore and interact until there are no quest bubbles left on the Overmap. Then head to the Ghost Bazaar and speak to Gerrard. If you don't know where that is, it's the first boss stage at the Entertainment District. Yes, you'll have to go through the Entertainment District again to complete the quest.

Overmap? As in the town map? There are no quest bubbles there. No questions marks. That's why I am saying that my game might be bugged.

... Did I not also say that if there are no quest markers, go to the Entertainment District and reach the first boss stage?

Sigh.. I did and the Gerrard isn't there. The fox man downstairs of the market isn't available either.

Look , if you want to act all high and mighty go somewhere else. I don't want people like you answering me because I misread what you type.

Protip for you budy when offering help, don't act like a total d o u c h e. I am done talking to you.

Can the developrs answer me please?

Looks like your quest has bugged out. Its possible multiple quest branches that direct you to talk to the same person might but one of them out. In this case seems the old scholar guy.

First thing to do is to talk to Balthazar, the old book worm guy in the library. Once he tells you to find a book, take the stairs down, still in the library. There should be something new to interact with and you should be able to talk to the librarian again. In that conversation, it will appear you need "wraith humor" or something like that.
Now, depending on which person you gave the merchant seal (ie. the quest item that drops after the first boss), you either need to talk to Gerrard the Ghost or Maru the Fox, and thus you need to find them again.
In the case of the fox, I know you can't get downstairs where Maru *used* to be but you can find him down the other flight of stairs, next to Mahoram, the other flashy fox guy.
If you gave the merchant seal to Gerrard, you need to go back to the first district, all the way up to where you encountered the first boss, Maduk. There, you will find Gerrard and will be able to ask him about ghostly substances.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Hello Limcc92, thanks for your feedback. Let me ask a quick question - so, you got the quest, beat the Overseer, and then returned to Dalearch, correct?

Thank you.
I should have paid a closer attention to my surroundings then. You can close the thread if it is needed.
