server status?

I havent played in years but I just wanted to know if the servers are still on? and if not is there a single player mode, I honestly cant remember its been so long. just want to jump on mess around with grapple and wingsuit and think of what couldve been.

There is a single player mode. I have no idea about the servers. I played years ago too.

You can do a Steam setting to adjust it to Season 5 or whatever it was called, and there were people with private servers. Not sure about these days, given we have all been waiting since September when they posted that we were going to get the old version of the game back. I would just wait for the "new season" if there ends up being one.

if you want to grapple and wingsuit, switch game client to S4 LO classic and then join community server through in game browser , Vlad's is a popular server. wingsuiting and grappling is not the same on the official servers which is Season 5= S5 Overhaul got poor reception.

id ideally want to play singleplayer if possible which I dont recall the older versions having. my internet at the moment and for the forseeable future is going to be complete dog sht so singleplayer is really the only option. someone mentioned in this thread that there is a single player but Im not sure its true as I dont remember it. and downloading the game is gonna take ages so I want to be 100% sure

Singleplayer? Imaginee, gotta host your own private server then if you wanna do "singleplayer"

The game is hot garbage now, they took a functioning game and messed it all up to allow it to play on Console. Some of the basics like the hot bar show a severe lack of any forethought. you have nine hot buttons two of which are 1 and 2 that can only be used by items that are slotted into 3-9 which makes no damn sense, why not just make each a real hotkey that brings said item to your hand vs wasting 2 buttons of an already limited amount.

Its single playerish the tools to host a server off your pc for you to then play by yourself is possible I'm not sure how to do it but their are tutorials on youtube for it
