Last Oasis dedicated server on Windows 10, any guides?

Is there any guide to have Last Oasis running locally on Windows?
All I find are guides for Linux using steamcmd or hosting somewhere and bla.

Just starting a local dedicated server on Windows?

I think it "could" get a step further if I solved that

ProviderKey parameter must be set.

but I have no idea how to do that.
Is there some documentation from the developers somewhere I did not see?

And I really don't want to have to create realms and stuff somewhere. I will not even use my external IP because I want to run it locally for me only.
If that is not possible, please tell me.

I seem to own this game since 2021, forgot about it.
After reading some of the messages I decided that the PvP players here are not the kind of people I want to have contact with.
The game does not seem to allow to just disable PvP, so ... my own server or no game it is.

Oh oh. The client does not start when the Anti-Cheat is not installed.
I don't think I like this whole setup.

Why not do it like other games?
You start the game and in the options you decide if you want to be able to join servers without Cheat-Protection, like your own local one or whatever you decide.
