This is how they operate, tons of patches and updates with no details to the consumer base, with that said, season 6 so far seems to be a much improved version, yes it is back to full pvp, and the problems that come with that setup are still there, but private servers will fix that.
Looking at the history of development, and especially Season 5, and treatment of players during that time, players are unwanted here in general.
I sure hope they put some thought in season 6 and just don't make the same lame game.
