Cheats and bans.

I am not banned or have cheated but this is the most retarded thing i have read. Wiping clans that have 1 single cheater. Infact why dont i make a second account get into a huge clan cheat and let them get wiped? Or why does a group of people get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by 1 ♥♥♥♥ in the group?

Ran approx 10 clans in my time and next had a single cheat. Never will have one. If you are worried you dont know your clanmates well enough.

seems really exploitable to me... <shrug> like he said, just make an alt account, join a clan you want to crush and voila. I'm hoping they aren't actually going to carry through on this threat. banning cheaters is needed, letting cheaters use their cheating as an easy way to destroy a clan is just brain dead.

Might be situational, if the player is new, then they wont but they have been in the clan for a while, then sorry. Also your recruitment must be pretty poor if you dont watch new players enough to see them cheating.

this game is just zerg v zerg on servers that can't handle 60+ people fighting at once. If cheaters reduce those numbers then good. let them all get the boot.

this game is just zerg v zerg on servers that can't handle 60+ people fighting at once. If cheaters reduce those numbers then good. let them all get the boot.

We screen our recruits and are having a blast as a 25 man clan, zergs are ripe for the picking if you visit them. We hear they are coming, we pack up, they turn up in our tile and we sneak over to one of their strongholds. So easy to hide your stuff, so easy to move you base, very easy survival game. Biggest issue I see is people are trying to play it like Ark and hold a tile, we just keep on rolling.

I agree about the cheating though, only way to make some clans care.

So your fine with people being allowed to take advantage of the cheater to progress in the game, and not be punished for it? They had their clan disbanded, but did their characters get reset? How much of what they have unlocked in the tech trees are a direct result of a single cheater?

Its a crafting game and EA meaning people will try to find out how to dupe. If they don't report it, its cheating. If you start taking high end stuff you know a person never actually earned, thats cheating. Even if you didn't pull the trigger.

To be honest im in a small clan of twenty people, so im quite sure nobody cheats... But im not watching everyone 24/7... So i cant be totally sure.

Dude, every game I have played online, I have witnessed some type of cheater group. Majority of the time the clan or guild is in on it, or very very aware it happened. The fake boo hoo I didn't do anything tears comes after.

But whats about my example? Ban the guy who took the loot two?

Would be the only right thing to do if we go through with this logic.

They could at least at to their statement, that there are only wiping people when they are sure they participated

some people seem way overly worried about this and it makes me think that they know somebody or are playing with somebody actively cheating or they are cheating themselves. Most the time people would be very happy about something like this. With there being this many people upset about it it kinda has me wondering
