How do I unlock the Schmetterling?

I have played for a couple days have basically unlocked everything i can with fragments and now i am getting tablets. For some reason i dont have the schmetterling branch in my tech tree. Is there some requirement to unlock it or is it maybe because of the server im on?

think have to unlock i think stillito and somthing else. and then you need 50 tablets of the same type so 50 animal . buut i used it once in private server and driving it was like driving or controling some one in their 10 or 12 round of pub hopping XD tap a tree and you feel like your flipping if not already it sits HIGH so top heavy
