Con - someone determined can get into it and loot everything, not super fast, so should give you time to react if you are online (and by react I mean either panic and run around in circles screaming, or possibly stop them).
Moral of the story: Log your stuff out for the night if you have anything you don't want to lose. Even if you do use it, don't make it super obvious to find, as you are inviting people to come raid your stuff.

Always do double doors, and try to have the maintenance chest in a position out of reach of floating mines as that can kill a maintenance chest and ur base will decay
