The repair station has long since been removed from the game. You "repair" items by dragging 1 of the same item onto another. It just adds up whatever the total life remaining is of the two of them and applies it to the stationary one not being dragged.
IMO, this is a poor replacement. They should bring repair stations back.
Also, I think you should be able to recycle items, clothing and tools to get some % of the resources back, just like you are able to disassemble built structures and crafting stations.
Obviously, this game being where it is, that's never going to happen, but whatever.
I built a repair station yesterday
This is old, it was worked on and re added. You can find it in the construction menu I believe. If its not there, its on the blue menu. They are relatively cheap to make.
