Problem with Crafting station

Ok i build Woodworking Station and put it on my Firefly, put inside wood and start process, as soon as I close the control window of the machine it stops working, now all the machines work this way or did I catch some kind of bug?

It needs wood and fiber, probably had fiber in inventory and wood in station.

mine just arn't working at all, i put wood and fibre in them and nothing, i que up shafts and the que just either does nothing or the green progress bar gets to full and hangs there

I notice that crafting can't be done in the fog log out area bubble thing.
