Report a translation problem
1) Gather some quality 1 wood and fiber. Make a beat stick, Q1.
2) Use the beat stick to get better quality wood from driftwood (won't work on a tree).
3) Make a higher quality beat stick.
4) Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have a Q10 beat stick (that is as high as you can go).

For weapons the bonus is too small to make a difference in PVP.
For walkers quality matters, as you get 1 module slot per quality. Due to the recent stupid module nerfs a quality of 30 or 40 is more than enough for your walker.
