How to get chitin plate?
The cats are gone! Where can we find chitin plate now?

Well.. the cats on the map have them, but I think they are disabled atm. And you can go kill the giant crab as well. FYI you need to use the pick to get that resource.

you kill larry on the hard map and skin him. Takes about 500 darts gives a few hundred chitin

Killing the Crab and using a saw on him nets over 1500 chitin. Use a hatchet and get maybe 100.
