Don't kill it! It's the best raiding tool in the entire game. Just bait it to someone's base/walker.

hardly..we had people bait the crap to our base, we dropped it in less than 5 seconds. There people literally going around hunting them just for the large amounts of chittin.
From what i have seen you just need a few people on repeaters to take them out.

but if you are solo..yeah uhh..RUN..no i mean literally...RUN..

I had 2 attack me this morning, i immedeately jumped ship and ran..and ran and ran and ran..unstil i was far enough. then let me kill me, respawn on my boat and continue what i was doing.

it seems they scale on speed so if you are on a walker they will more than likely outrun you, but i fyou are on foot, you can easily outrun them.

We were doing it with the repair hammers but it just took too long lil.

you have to hit the exact spot, and always hit from right to left. it took me 15 minutes
