Is there a pause feature where you can still issue commands?

I like the idea of this game but we need to be able to play longer then 25.

Has this game just been abandoned completely? Is it still ethical for steam to list this on sale, if so? I mean, I can't even get the game to run in a window larger than a quarter of my screen! Developers, where did you go?

Anything the game may need in terms of info, is gone. The wiki has been taken down, and there is no other way to actually get ANY info on the game.
