You can adjust the last one to your liking if 100 fov is too much.
I don't seem to be able to open the console with ioRTCW. I was able to open it in Vanilla, but not anymore after installing io. Any solutions for that? Thanks!
Open it in Notepad and ctrl+F to find and see if the config file already has the commands set to a value already. If they do, adjust the number between the quotation marks. If they don't, add it to a new line in the same style as the others (ex. seta cg_fixedaspect "2"). Note that you don't need to add in "vid_restart", just the other 3 commands from my post. I also highly recommend cg_gunz as a command you can add in as well to adjust the height of the gun. Save the file and boot up ioRTCW to see the changes.
