Crash to Desktop on Startup.

I just bought this game today in the steam store and I can't get this game to let me use troubleshooting compatibility option or run as administrator on windows 10 so it crashes to desktop with an error message, "wolfexe_sp has stopped working". Any help would be appreciated.

Specs:
i5-4210u @ 2.4ghz turboboost, dual core plus hyperthreading
8gb dual channel ram @ 1600mhz
Intel HD Graphics 4400 @ 1000mhz, 1.7gb
700gb HDD @ 5200rpm
Windows 10 Home
Laptop

Download, extract, play

You should recognize file structure (Main folder, etc.), so you'll know where to extract it

Yeah the same thing has been happening to me I can only run multiplayer but not the campaign

They're the same, excepted Steam is patched (not latest) and has GotY packages.
