is the combat the same as elex 1?

Really impressed by the trailers...the game looks amazing! Can't wait to hop back into Magalan.

The first game was very underrated. If you like exploring and being rewarded for doing so...then the first one at least was your game. Story was pretty good too.

Video Editing makes it hard to judge whether the combat is clunky or not. Give us at least 1-2 minutes of unedited melee combat.

Ummm.....why does every hit seem so...unfitting. For example, why is the scythe smashing instead of cutting, why does it look like there is lag between every hit, why does everything move so slowly?

Piranha Bytes please retire and stop making games. Your games use old formula. Modern games use cinematic in-game engine so the transition between cutscenes and gameplay are seamless like in Horizon Zero Dawn etc. You rely on the nostalgia of your old titles like Gothic completely avoiding new trends in games knowing that only fans will buy your games. Demanding 50 $ for this game is a crime.

spiele im moment wieder wie verrückt gothic 1 und 2, klar sind das meisterwerke die nicht mehr soo einfach erreicht werden, aber auf elex 2 hab ich richtig bock, aber gehe da jetzt nicht mit den krassesten erwartungen dran, wird geil, bin da zu 100 % sicher, aber mal abwarten, falls ich entäuscht werde, tja pech gehabt xD

Auch vorbestellt. Mit ~110 Spielstunden vom 1. Teil freue ich mich riesig aufs Erkunden und die Story. Hoffentlich kann man die Psi-Kraft in Elex2 wie ein FullMage nutzen :) Wenn nicht, wird halt wieder auf Bogen geskillt :D
