finding viper bug? (alb questline)

hes anyone been able to find viper with the latest patch?

looking for clues at youtube and google, one is supposed to talk to 3 npcs and than a little girl (fiona?) is supposed to give the clue that her father, the barkeeper, knows viper.

i've talked to the guy at the front gate, to the bouny hunter, the morkon vendor girl and the barkeeper.

no fiona spawning, there are still two yellow circles on the map around baxter (baxter doesn't help and there is no other named npc in the area) and around the upper city where there is nobody to talk to about viper as well...

reloading a savegame i have tried the quest three times now. can't get it to work :(

I found him, before the patch. Maybe's he's still there. You need to set up a meeting with him. The Father of the Little Girl is the one setting up the Meeting. Let me Check my Quest log and Post it here for you.

Fiona, is comming towards you when you return to Mick Did you try talking with Bully the Companion you get inside that City. (Fiona the little girl is comming to you asking if you are looking for someone if you pay her she says something)

finally, i got it. the guide does not work, for me at least. i talked to darius, bully, nero, irina and mick. didn't help.

i had to talk to the guard guarding the upper city, after which jax says "there has to be someone who knows him" and the questmarker changes and fiona runs towards me.

the problem was, the guard told me i already paid him and kicked me out of the conversation. just now after running around 20 minutes and getting kicked out of the upper city 12 times by another guard he had the conversation option again to pay him or ask about viper.... sigh.

For me she didn't approach until I randomly decided to use a hearth

I can confirm that using a workbench or hearth triggered her appearance for me.
