Much more funny graphical artifacts and symptoms in general can be observed in almost any game as a result of something going wrong somewhere. Be it driver regression, creeping bugs or rare side-effects of dependency troubles.
Although you haven't told anything about how reproducible it is, it could still be an idea to open a ticket in the game's public bug tracking system. Include a link to the video and tell about your hardware and software environment, too.
