Where can I find Caja after "Horror of Realization" mission?

Hello,
Before I start, there are minor spoilers here.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone. But my Jax started criticizing Caja after she sent me on a mission to kill her bodyguard. I refused to do, which got her to consider rethinking her life choices and take a break to process stuff. She said she'd leave to the Fort and become an oracle for about a week or so.

A week later, I hear Jax saying something along the lines of "I wonder if Caja is ready now", hinting that the week is over.

However, I searched everywhere at the fort and I can't find her. Does anyone know where she is? thanks!

She is in the heart tree in the middle of the fort. You must climb the spherical stairs up and there she is.

For me it's been several weeks game time, and she won't Come with me -- she just stands in the tree, still "processing. I'm wondering if this is normal? Is there something else I need to do here?

If you have the chance to go to Chapter 2 it will start a new Quest with her. If not do the Tialg Quest for the Allies. If you didn`t start that Quest while she was with you you will have to go to an old save file where she is with you and talk to Tialg before she leaves.
