Please make this mod for Elex 2 ;)
It would be nice if you could contact and tell them that you are a modder and probably could fix this. You might be able to work with them
Camera is way too sensitive and zoomed in too close to Jax. The sensitivity is likely the largest contributing factor to people experiencing motion sickness and the lack of zoom is amplifying it.
Unfortunately, I also prefer the look of Elex 1. I guess the things they are trying in Elex 2 are part of the learning process for their team, but the immediate results are not an improvement over Elex, imo
Very nice, OP. I wish you were designing the camera for not just Elex 2 but ALL 3rd person open-world games. RDR2 and Elden Ring included!
I strongly suggest Piranha Bytes to contact the Army of Two people (behind the mod ... and doing it without the ease of proper tools ... if you know what I mean ) to fix in no time those camera troubles on ELEX 2.
Also, it's an uneasy subject, but needs to be said. I am Russian. And due to the recent events me and my fellow Russian modders are being cut off from the community day by day and bit by bit. I'm a teacher, not an oligarch, with quite an average salary. Just a few days ago PayPal stopped its operations in Russia with no warning emails, no nothing, basically seizing all our accounts without any real opportunity to withdraw what we had (international bank operations were blocked even earlier with Visa and Master Card). I had to close my Patreon page for the same reason - no way for the support I was getting from the community to get to me anymore. And to make things even more difficult, backbone Internet providers are also stopping to work in Russia, meaning our Internet access might soon become very limited.
I did not expect something like this to happen, same as many other people like me who were working for years in good relationships together with the modders from all over the world to make gaming experience better for thousands of players. I am against all forms of war and I always tried my best to bring knowledge and understanding to people being a teacher and a Roddenberry's Star Trek fan. Now I need to explain to my son why I can no longer buy him LEGO and why he's unable to play Minecraft (due to corresponding companies stopping their operations in Russia). And I really can't, because I'm lacking words to explain why things like Pampers are becoming a part of politics. It hits the wrong people.
Either way Hopefully its over soon. Like it feels weird that soon a lot of russians just cant play games because of a war. Btw you could try to torrent minecraft for your son. So he at least has that. But also im not parent but I think being honest to your son about whats going on would be the best.
HUH ???
I am confused ... as an European Citizen. Here in Europe all media are especially talking about Russian Oligarch being plagued with restrictive measures ... what the hell ???
You can't punish also kids for that ... what is going on with society those days ?
