What do the epoch points get you?
They state:
Zero Pay-To-Win
Last Epoch will never offer gameplay advantages by being able to spend real money. We believe in creating a fair environment for all players.

So what are all these in game purchases and what do they do?

Literally just cosmetic items. Some say they're useless for gameplay purposes(I did. I said that).
