What is the strongest class?

I have a fire minion necromancer that wrecks house and a marksman rouge that’s coming together slowly but surely. With those 2 aside (mentioned cause I’m not interest in playing a repeat atm), I’m curious of what classes are really op? Or is there one particular class that blows all the other choices out of the water. I’m wanting to try and level one more character before release and really am just interested in whatever is best.

Okay cool! I’ll probably just go with a melee focused rouge for a 3rd character then. Void knight is one of the Sentinel masteries right? That was the class I was planning to play for the first season so if that is the case, that will be great.

The engineer is a very strong class. I went through the plot 2 times and closed all the high-level content.

Right now? Runemaster and Lich.
In 1.0? I think Falconer and Warlock could take their place, if they were not properly tested and get released overtuned.

Lich can with one button press one shot T4 Jurla.
Rune Master can face tank all of the content.

Its all subjective in what you want to do, and how willing you are to use unintended outcomes.

Runemaster does look cool, I havent played lich, but if necro is anything to go off ( has felt very powerful) I can imagine lich to be really good. I really just enjoy leveling characters so i dont feel too inclined to lean one way or another when it comes to how the class plays or its mechanics. As long as its relatively fast, I'm happy.
