Are CoF idol lenses broken

Since yesterday it's been impossible to find a single adorned lens prophecy with it's corresponding lens.
I used to find and did a few before applying it's corresponding lens, '15% up per rank' but now i simply can't find a single one, i rerolled 15K worth of points, that's a lot of rerolls, not a single one. Not being sure if it's bugged or not i keep rerolling.
Yes i am sure it's the good one, adorned lens, on the west one, i can find a ton of unique idols, all sorts, and i see i have more idol probabilty with the lens slotted than without.
It's like the value is negated instead of increased idk.
