Tool Tip bug

Every time I play the game either the Glyph of Chaos or Rune of Shattering tool tip will get stuck hovering under my cursor. So, when I'm out of the crafting screen the tool tip is persistently stuck underneath my cursor and the only way to get it to stop is to go back to the main menu. This wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to restart the level each time I hop back in, since I have to teleport to the beginning.
I use a controller when I play if that means anything, but even when I unplug it the bug still persists when I move the mouse around. Anyone have a fix besides exiting to the main menu?
