Filters or auto-loot for shards, glyphs and runes.

Any chance we'll get filters for shards/glyphs/runes or the ability to auto-loot them?
It takes 90% of my game time to loot shards/gylphs and runes. I've filters for everything else but nothing for those.
Would be so awesome to have an option to filter them or just get them auto-looted on kill,it breaks up the pace of the game by so much,having to stop every 5 seconds having to loot shards. It feels especially bad on classes that depend on ramping buffs like druid.
pls pls pls it's sorely needed.

Auto loot for crafting has been brought up quite a bit, and the developers have continued to maintain that it brings a sense of pride and accomplishment to looting them. A bit of a paraphrase for comedic value, but basically crafting items are not loot according to the developers and you should feel good about picking them up.

That's just silly haha. Loot by definition is something you "loot" if it wasn't loot,it would be auto picked up like gold. Considering that it's the thing you loot the most in the entire game, it's very silly to not consider it loot haha. It's the same travesty as looting currency in PoE feels like ,cause that's what shards/glyphs/runes are,personal currency.

For me it got to the point that i just stopped looting them,which hinders my gear prog,but iv'e a choice to make i either hinder my gear prog or my map prog neither feels nice,but having to loot every 5sec kills the vibe real quick and makes it just tedium and not one bit rewarding.

It is what it is. Several of the developer accounts on the official forums have said that the issue gets discussed now and then internally, and they have chosen to keep it the way it is. I believe what they mean is you should feel just as excited to pick up that item you have been farming for, as when you pick up a crafting material, as opposed to gold.

I get that,but when the said item drops 1000 times an hour, a lot of that hour gets wasted.
What's more rewarding is feeling that your time spent is being appreciated and not wasted.
Like I get their side,but I doubt any of the devs play the game 10-15 hours a day to see how tedious the looting gets. One of the reasons i quit PoE was cause it was a game that doesn't respect your time with the bajillion currencies dropped that have to be looted one by one.

If not auto-loot at least let me filter the trash out,like with gear Let us choose what we deem rewarding and worth our time :D

I would feel a lot more pride and accomplishment if I had to click and drag every shard manually one by one to put them in the storage.
