Loot Filter Broken
I attempted to import a loot filter, I was unable to and after the I was unable to interact with the loot filter window and my filters were broken. I could not close, modify, add or do anything within the window and had to restart my game. After a second attempt at even interacting with loot filters the window was still broken. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and the issue persisted.

Did you find a fix? I have the same issue

Edit: I deleted the broken filter and created a new character. That seems to have fixed it

One or more of your loot filters is either corrupt or its file is empty. Navigate to the Filters folder in the directory below on your PC and remove the filter(s) that's causing issues.

C:\Users\"YOUR_USER_NAME"\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Filters

I managed to fix it. I had to completely empty my filters folder, delete all of them. That seems to do the trick.
