It doesn't seem to work for channelled spells, but again, neither do half the other bonuses that really should. Like casting speed. Or the skill for Disintegrate that gives you "Lucomancy" and explicitly states it also reduces the channeling cost of disintegrate, yet doesn't actually do so.

Have you try it when using the spell and not the tooltip? maybe it is applied but not shown?

It works fine for me so far. Channeled skills however will always require 1 mana to start channeling, mana cost reduction won't change that and it's not a bug.

Works for my low level Mage, but not for the Druid.
