You cant be serious dude .. use 5900x with 4090 .. dude even my CPU i9 13900k is not enough for this GPU monster ,, its bottleneck .. i have issues with fps .. but more than 20 fps drop from 200 i dont get
So yeah recycle bin your CPU ... you buy 300$ CPU and put with 2k GPU .. amazing mind
You asked. You got an answer. If you ignore common workarounds and reports regarding AMD CPUs, then it is on you. The pattern so far is clear, that pretty much every similar case can be tracked back to AMD CPUs.
That said game is alright when it all works.
3 settings to put on low or very low
Grass Density
Volumetric Lightning
Screen Space Reflections (doesnt tank that much fps but it makes the game look washed out and ugly foggy combined with Volumetric Lightning)
Everything else u can let at Maximum.
Im sitting on a 9900k with a 4090 so its not that you have a bad cpu with a good gpu as some people claiming here
1440p Cyberpunk without FG

And with FG

It always depends on the game how much lower your fps is compared to if mine had a 13900k or 14900k
Sometimes more, sometimes less difference but for me it was the bigger upgrade with the 4090 than having to pay an extra €1000 for CPU memory and board in order to end up with between 8-25 fps more
The upgrade from a 2080ti to a 4090 is simply great with around 140-150% more performance
In addition, the new Intels have a lot of problems in many games that I own with their E and P cores, so I won't go into more detail about them now
For me the decision was easy and I'm just waiting for the new Intels
Ну или это вброс от конкурентов.

So yeah, you do have an i9, and one of the better ones for it's price (like I said earlier, same as I have =) but yes it will cause issues for sure when it's that big of a gap and he's using a "worse one" than the one we have so he for sure will have issues.
His isn't old/bad enough that it should cause his FPS to drop to 19 though which is why I said it can't/shouldn't be the only reason.
So why are you here ?
My rig was built for Video Production. I can run 2 instances of rendering software and produce 2 high quality 1440p videos at the same time without fully taxing my system.
There are only 2 programs that run my card at 100%
Stable Diffusion and Last Epoch....lol
Deactivate the whole telemetry of the game and engine as seen in a guide here on Steam.
Solves any stutter, frame drop or lag issue.
My advice, don't use any of these bottleneck calculator sites. To put it as charitably as I can, they are inaccurate and useless.
seems to me 40 series is garbage gpus
I'll have a look at doing that. I didn't have any issues with my 3080, maybe some slight drops for a second or two. Thanks for the info.
Thats good positive feedback, I appreciate it. It gives me some hope to get things figured out. Probably something kicked in in the background during game play. Will take some trouble shooting.
