A question about weaver's will items

Hi,

I found fortunately 3 times the relic I need but it always has weaver's will which can be great since it's equivalent to multiple legendary potential items but the affix you get are completely random and can ruin the item. Can I find a normal version of this item or will it always have weaver's will?

I found 3 times the items but the first has good stats and 2 useless affix the second has worse stats and balista but I use explosive traps on my falconer and can't swap for balista because I have 2 idols with +1 explosive trap the third is looking good for now but I'm scared I haven't finish to grind it.

Just to up the topic all items I found with weaver's will have "erased" in their name is it related?

btw I was extremely lucky with the third relic I have the same problem with my shield that got a useless affix then I found a second who got the exact same useless affix lol

They exist both with and without weaver.
But with weaver you have nothing to loose as the random stats are added to the basic stats as extra's.

I think the idea of weavers items is to keep weaving them until you get a good one.
I tend to buy mine from the bazaar rather than trying to find them myself.

This is how ARPGs are. You grind for better gear. Weaver's Will gives you semi-random stat and skill bonuses on top of your Unique item. You gotta keep rolling em til you get one with a high WW value (preferably over 14 since 28 is the max) and hope you get rolls that suit your build.

yeah you're right it's same with legendary potential except if you get 4 LP and an exalted with 4 good affix that is incredibly rare most time it's the lottery even after fully upgrading an exalted sometimes I get the wrong affix on the legendary sadly.

btw I complained about shield I got but even if it has a useless affix a shield with 59% void resist for now is definitely not a bad shield just I can get a better one.
