Bug: Skill - Transplant

I took the improvement of this skill "Sticky Blood" and "Siphon".

Now the "Transplant" ability should create a blood pool that will percentagely restore my character's health.

But "Transplant" does not create "Blood pool"...

And I have a question about at least an approximate date for fixing this bug, given that an Internet search gave me messages about this error on the official forum of the game from users whose date is from 2020...

That is, this bug has been known to the game developers for 4 years, but it still exists...

This saddens me because this is the second time this day that I have had to reset the points invested in an ability due to bugs. And then it turns out that these bugs are more than 4 years old..
