Crafting legendary / Single affix exalted
If you craft a legendary by using an exalted item with only one affix (other affixes removed by runes), does that guarantee you that this affix will be added to the unique ?

The exalted must have at least 4 affix to be used

No, if nothing changed, it won't allow you to craft legendary out of Exalted item with just one affix.

To craft legendary you need:
- unique item with legendary potential
- Exalted item with all affixes
- Lot of love from RNGeezus, so the mod you're after will get picked into legendary item.
