someone said you need to do all the previous quest echos to get it to unlock (even if the previous ones show as unlocked)

ie. 3 quest echos, last one is boss. You need to do 1 and 2 first then do boss one for it to work

Yeah you do have to do them now, on Empowered you are supposed to be able to skip them, and they are marked as "Optional". But now its required, the 20mb patch that just dropped broke the Empowered quest skipping mechanic

Its known bug. Workaround is to complete the optional echo quests. Annoying.
