Are key super rare `?

I found 3 dungeons , lightless harbor, one I forgot the name and endless arena.
But only 1 harbor key in 50 levels of gameplay.

Did I miss something , to make key drop more ?

Once you get to Monoliths you'll have a lot of keys. There are even timelines where the reward is a key. Anyways, it's still a little bit RNG-ish
