Unable to play Online Mode

For about two months now, I've been unable to access Online Mode. My character list (or character creation) pulls up just fine, but when I go to log into the character, it hangs forever on the loading screen. Sometimes I disconnect but I've also tabbed out and let it sit on the load screen for literal hours to see if it ever works (it does not).

My connection is fine, not having issues with any other game or online service. I've verified files on Steam, I've even reinstalled. I don't think its on my end at this point.

I submitted both a bug report and a ticket to them in mid-April which got one response asking if I was still having the problem, but no replies since then when I confirmed I was.

Is anyone else having this issue? Did anyone else find a fix? I really wanted to play this season but it is extremely frustrating and the total silence from their support team has been disheartening. I am not an unreasonable person; can deal with bugs, lag, and occasional disconnects, especially after new patches, but being totally unable to access my existing characters or play the new season for a game I actually had to pay money for is pretty unacceptable to me, but I'm more bummed out about it than mad.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it did not work. It sounds like this is mainly the fix for graphical glitches in particular. But I appreciate the idea to try!

Hmm.. are you using VPN since that's a known issue with LE for some reason. Also check if your firewall is acting up.

I have it whitelisted in the split tunneling in my VPN, and I use fairly basic firewall settings, and everything looks normal, so I don't think that's it. (Editing to also note that I was able to play fine in Season 1 with the same settings)
