Parry attribute? any experiences with it?

Until when will Parry be usable? I see 5-10% attribute in the weapons but I dont even know if it does have an effect with gameplay with that small percentage. any experiences with it?

If you have only one source of parry available and the percentage is low, you'll rarely see it proc. Same with any percentage based stat (block etc.).
