Stash search improvements : Scan

Purpose : Comparing current gear with the gear in the stash ( or Bazaar )

1. Open item card( mouseover etc ).
2. Press shortcut key, cursor or mouse pointer appears on the item card.
3. Autofill selected ### into search box( Basic item name / affix / tier ).
4. Automatic conversion to regex.
5. Affix values in the Search box control : Arrow key or mouse wheel.

The initial value is chosen by the user. more then +# / less then -# / same / min / max.
