Anyone notice stutter on nvidia 576.40 drivers?

Just installed the new driver and noticed some stuttering that wasn't there before. Anyone else? Nvidia has completely dropped the ball on drivers lately (as in, almost a full year) so I'm quick to blame it.

I do have RTX 3070 and can confirm, 576.28 Driver was doing pretty fine until I downloaded and installed 576.40 Driver.

definitely 576.40 has a problem and caused me multiple flickering and stuttering during Alt+Tab and my Taskbar don't even work and desktop keep stuck in loading, had to come back to 576.28

Yeah, I rollbacked and the stutter went away. Boooooo nvidia. You're going through enshitification way too fast. Slow your roll.

im convinced its a campaign to brick gpus to increase sales of newer models. a way to make older ones obsolete faster at this point. Its been sht driver after sht driver. I had to recently DDU my driver to install an older one after the driver before the newest one. There has been issues with the last 4 driver updates. These companies need to be held accountable at some point or this is going to hit the pooper real fast.

NVIDIA won the battle of the high end graphics cards. they literally no longer have any future competition. expect much worse to follow, as always happens when a company corners the market.

It seems since the latest game updates I am noticing worse performance and clear lag or stutters. 5080 on latest drivers with a 5800x3d.
